Experts Say You're Applying Your Deodorant All Wrong

If your morning shower routine includes applying antiperspirant, you might want to change that. According to the president of the American Academy of Dermatology, antiperspirant is actually more effective when applied at night before going to bed. The idea is that since you sweat less while you sleep, the antiperspirant will be absorbed better. And don't worry about your morning shower washing it off, because it will have been sufficiently absorbed into your pores overnight.
