Most People Lose Ability To Sleep Well At Age 24


A new UK poll, which could easily translate here, finds almost half of adults say they slept better when they were younger.

People are most likely to get their best sleep at the age of 24, and then it starts to go downhill after that. However, it is different for some. About 37% of people between 25 and 54 say age 24 was when they got the worst sleep in their life.
