Two Tyler Texas men are being credited with saving the life of a baby deer down at Lake Tyler.
What started out as a normal summer afternoon turned into a wildlife rescue when Brian Ballard and his wife came upon a lifeless animal in the water.
Both men took turns giving the fawn CPR and mouth to mouth until it came to life.
The fawn, now named Baylade, is now being treated by a local wildlife rehabilitator who says he is getting stronger every hour.
