Here’s another reason to drink plenty of water.
Not only is drinking plenty of water good for your health, a new poll suggests it may actually be tied to your overall happiness. The survey, commissioned by Bosch home appliances, found those who drank at least six glasses of water everyday were happier, more energetic and more likely to be successful.
Of the two-thousand people questioned, 41-percent of those who drank six glasses or more agreed with the statement "I'm very happy." That number plummeted to just 12-percent for those who drank less than one full glass per day.
Optimism is stronger the more hydrated you are too, according to the results. The better hydrated crowd was also less likely to report waking up feeling tired or showing up for work late.
