We may have heard lots of stories of people losing sleep over the stress of 2020, but it turns out people got more sleep last year than they did in 2019 – and got better quality sleep. Well, those who used fitness trackers, anyway.
Digital device maker Withings analyzed data from their users and found that those who used their sleep and fitness trackers had a pretty good 2020, health-wise. In fact, not only did they get more and better sleep per night, but they lost more weight than they did in 2019. (Tech Republic)
