There’s A Restaurant Ketchup Packet Shortage

The latest supply chain shortage in the U.S. may be more scary than toilet paper… it’s ketchup packets!

Ketchup packets are in short supply right now, so restaurants and eateries can’t hand them out. One reason is the prices on the packets, thanks to deliveries during COVID have skyrocketed.

Since many sit down restaurants had to go the delivery route for awhile, they’ve been competing for those priceless ketchup packets. Kraft Heinz is working hard to not only meet demand, but come up with new packaging options.

In the meantime, you may want to buy a bottle for home and use that.
