COVID vaccines are shown to be getting the job done.
A new study suggests your odds of getting COVID-19 again after being vaccinated are extremely low. Researchers at Rockefeller University studied over 400 employees at the New York school who were fully vaccinated, and found only two of them who were women, or less than one-percent, had "breakthrough" COVID infections later.
The researchers say the breakthrough infections were caused by coronavirus variants that differed from the original virus. The good news is, the variant infections were mild cases and the women recovered quickly.
