A date is set to re-sentence convicted killer Scott Peterson to life in prison without parole.
Peterson has been on death row over a decade for the murder of his wife Lacy and their unborn son in Modesto. His death sentence was previously thrown out by the California Supreme Court because the trial judge made an error in excluding potential jurors opposed to the death penalty.
The re-sentencing hearing will take place December 8th in Redwood City at the Hall of Justice. Also coming up for Peterson is the same judge looking at whether he gets a new trial because of juror misconduct.
