24/7 Wall Street just came out with their list of the Most Sleep-Deprived States.
They looked at the share of adults reporting fewer than seven hours of sleep on average using data from the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program.
Topping the list as the most sleep-deprived state is Hawaii, where 43.2% of adults report insufficient sleep.

- As for the least sleep-deprived state, that would be Minnesota, where only 29.1% of adults report insufficient sleep.
