Experts say if you want a perfect nap, try a "nappuccino."
The nap technique by management and behavioral expert Daniel Pink, maximizes naps by combining coffee with 20 minutes of shut-eye. The method helps decrease the amount of adenosine, the chemical in the body that causes sleepiness.
In other words, when you wake up the caffeine kicks in. Pink tells CNBC the effects of a nappuccino are "magic" and are a great restorative ritual to use after a few hours of work.
