  • Topping the list this year as the Most Stressed State is Louisiana, which scores a 61.38 out of 100.
  • Louisiana lands at two for both money and health & safety-related stress, at three for work-related stress and at seven for family-related stress.
  • Alaska is tops for work-related stress, while Mississippi has the most money-related stress, Nevada, two overall, has he most family-related stress, and West Virginia, fourth overall, is top for health & safety-related stress.

  • On the other end of the spectrum, folks in Utah have the least stress, with the state earning a score of 32.36. The state lands at 50 for work-related stress, and 49 or family-related stress.
