If You Can't Sleep, It's Probably Your Partners Fault

Adults who share a bed with their partner know there are many disruptors that can prevent you from getting a solid, uninterrupted night's sleep. A poll conducted by Serta Simmons Bedding asked 2000 people to list the annoying sleep disruptors that are keeping them from getting some good shut-eye. These include things like a partner stealing the covers, a partner who tosses and turns, one who likes to keep the television or lights on, and a partner who snores. The poll also found that 77% of people who grew up sleeping with a stuffed animal continue to do so.
