  • The cities were compared on everything from costume stores per capita to share of potential trick-or-treat stops to the average weather on October 31st.
  • Topping the list once again as the Best Place for Halloween is New York City.
  • It’s number one for Trick-Or-Treater Friendliness, third for Halloween Fun, and fourth for Halloween Weather.
  • Las Vegas, second overall, is number one for Halloween Fun, while Sacramento, California, 18th overall, is first for Halloween Weather.
  • The Worst Place for Halloween is Birmingham, Alabama, which is dead last for Trick-Or-Treater Friendliness.
