Apple Releases Critical Security Patches

Apple is addressing security vulnerabilities with its new iOS update. A recent security issue has allowed hackers to take over customer's iPhone accounts to access passwords, steal money and lock people from their accounts. It also allows hackers to “spoof” the keyboard to gain access. Apple is planning to include Stolen Device Protection in an upcoming software update that, when turned on, will enable the phone to restrict some settings when in a place not familiar to the phone. This is the second time since iOS 17 was launched that major security issues have been uncovered.
