The record-breaking warmth is taking it toll on the snow. Several ski areas are closing this weekend, including Taos, Sipapu and Purgatory. There are spring skiing and corn snow conditions everywhere. Hit the groomers first in the morning and then expect soft and slushy snow in the afternoon, especially in the base areas.
