During the stop, Timberlake identified himself and infamously told officers who didn’t recognize him, “I'm on a world tour.” The newly released video also captures a woman believed to be his friend pleading with officers as he was handcuffed, shouting, “Stop it! No way! Don’t say it!” and insisting, “You can't, like, put him in jail.” She continued appealing to officers by referencing his music, saying, “You loved 'Bye Bye Bye,' or 'SexyBack'...do me one favor,” as police proceeded to take him into custody anyways.
