Peak Snow Report: No Crowds and Bluebird Weekend Groomers

The holiday crowds are gone and there are plenty of bluebird groomers for the weekend. It looks another storm is coming this weekend, especially for southern CO. All the mountains have continued to make snow with most of the snow guns running to prep more terrain for opening. Opened groomed runs have the best coverage. On other runs, expect early season conditions including thin spots.

Lifts: 1/4 (Beginner lift only)

Notes: Open daily through the holidays. Just the beginner area under Chair 4 open now. Upper mountain will reopen when more snow arrives. Rentals, private lessons, retail, and food at the Café are available. Check out lift ticket specials on their website (click the Sandia Peak headline above.)
