A charity single has brought together members of The Go-Go's and The Bangles.
Go-Go's bassist Kathy Valentine and Bangles guitarist Vicki Peterson are among the A-listers who've recorded a haunting cover ofEurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" to benefit Miraculous Love Kids. Also on board are guitarist Tom Morello(Rage Against the Machine,Audioslave), keyboardist Rami Jaffee(Foo Fighters), singer Cherie Currie(The Runaways) and guitarist Wayne Kramer(MC5).
Founded by musician and actor Lanny Cordola, #MiraculousLoveKids helps provide clean water, food, clothes, shelter, medicine, education, school supplies and musical instruments to children in war-torn Pakistan and Afghanistan.
