Animal Welfare Department (AWD) is celebrating Leap Year by hosting a “Leap Out of the Shelter” pet adoption event at all city shelters on Thursday, February 29 through Sunday, March 3. Leap Year comes every four years, so consider coming out and changing the luck of a shelter pet with a forever home.
