It's been a year without a lot of activity, let's be honest. A lot of Zoom meetings, Netflix binges and a lot of virtual happy hours.
But how much activity do we really need? Weâve been told 60-75 minutes a day, but all you really need to increase your lifespan is 35 minutes.
According to a recent study done in Norway, the people who exercised 35 minutes a day or more saw the biggest difference in lifespan. Even those who got just 11 minutes saw a positive impact.
That said, it doesn't hurt to get the full hour or even more movement throughout your day!
