We’re always hearing about how we’re in the middle of the Great Resignation, but is it really bad everywhere? Well, certain parts of the country are seeing bigger resignation rates than others, and now a new report reveals where the most people are saying goodbye to their jobs.

  • WalletHub just came out with a list of the States with the Highest Job Resignation Rates.
  • They looked at all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on how frequently people have left their employment, looking at both the last twelve months, and just this past month.
  • Alaska is currently the state with the highest resignation rates, with a 4.7% resignation rate over the last month, and a 4.18% rate over the past year.

  2. Montana
  3. Wyoming
  4. Florida
  5. Georgia
  6. Vermont
  7. Idaho
  8. Mississippi
  9. Arizona
  10. Tennessee
  • As for where few people are leaving their gigs, that would be Washington, DC, with a resignation rate of 1.93% over the last year, and 1.8% over the last month.
