Actors’ union SAG/AFTRA presented their 29th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards last night.
The voters of the SAG Awards- SAG/AFTRA union members (aka other actors)- spread the love, with only “The White Lotus” winning more than one award. Two popular series took home the awards’ highest tv honors- the Ensemble Awards. “The White Lotus” was awarded best Ensemble in a Drama Series, while “Abbott Elementary” took home the award for Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
Jason Bateman, Jennifer Coolidge, Jean Smart and Jeremy Allen White took home the top awards for tv performances.
