Cat owners have an edge on dog owners when it comes to sleeping well with pets on the bed. About 65-percent of pet owners let their fur babies sleep on the bed, but for dog owners that may mean having insomnia. Trinity College Department of Psychology’s Aisha Carothers, Tvisha Singh and Brian N Chin conducted a study and discovered that while dog owners didn’t sleep well, cat parents did. The researchers say they couldn’t find the reason why, so more studies need to be done. Meanwhile, cozy up to your pup or kitty.
