If you wake up grumpy there are ways to change that. How you wake up sets the tone for your day, and who doesn’t want a happy one? Tweaking your nighttime routine is the key. “Huffington Post” asked experts for their input and here’s the list of tips they came up with:
- Take an evening walk
- Put your phone down, ideally in another room
- Take a warm bath (or shower) - don’t make it hot
- Do a body scan. “Check in” with each part of your body
- Reflect on the day and the progress you made
- End your day with gratitude
Ending the day on a positive note will help you wake up appreciative of the day ahead!
