CashNet USA has looked at the pay for entry level jobs at restaurants and found that Arby's pays 46% more than the median local wage for starting work.
Denny’s is number two with 37% and KFC is three with 27%.
Arby's has a high employee turnover rate, though, at 200%, so the company's come up with a new employee incentive called "instant pay", which allows workers to withdraw money from their paychecks right after clocking out of work.
The study also found that Target pays the most for entry level retail jobs, at 79% above the average local salary.
