  • It boosts your confidence - According to one study, the more time you spend in the nude, the better you feel about yourself and your body. So why not do it in bed?
  • It can help you lose weight - Research from the National Institutes of Health finds that keeping your body cool overnight helps you produce more brown fat, which burns more calories and produces more heat than any other organ.
